Puppies For Sale...

Well not really, I think all of this cute little pups are already spoken for. Aren't they adorable??? I feel like I was a tiny part of the whole thing. I met their doggie mom back in October for a session & she could not stop panting. I think I got about 3 of her without her tongue in the picture. Her human mom thought she might be, since they had bred her the week before. Sure enough she was & here are her puppies. No one thought she would have 8 of them, but she did. Congrats to all of the new families that will be bringing them home soon & thanks to their foster mom for taking such good care of them & asking me to take pictures. The rest of the images will be available to view soon.

Wonder, Simplicity & Beauty In Portraits is participating in the National Charity Model Search to select “America’s Cutest Kid” and to raise funds for charity.

We’re looking for cute children ages 18 months to 14 years old to model for a portrait to be entered into the contest.

Models Search Special:
$50.00 entrance fee, which includes a 30 minute model session and one image submitted to the national gallery. You will receive a free 5X7 of the photo we pick for the national gallery.

Finalists will be determined by online votes. Anyone may vote. Each vote is $1, and all proceeds from votes benefit the non-profit Now I Lay Me Down To Sleep. (NILMDTS.org)
Grand prize national winner will be determined from the 50 city finalists. Winners selected by photography and modeling industry experts.

If your child is selected the national winner, you’ll receive many prizes, including a $5,000 US Savings Bond and a Canon PowerShot G10 digital camera.

Valentine's Day Info...

Love is in the Air!!!!

So as a photographer, I am always thinking about the next holiday way before you are. I think about Christmas in September, had my tree up right after Halloween (nice prop thanks to my MIL) & know you are all wrapped up in Christmas now & I am thinking about Valentine's Day. So I am already going to grab nice photos from last Valentine's day for you to look at soon. So I think these photos will be added to my Valentine's Collection. Last year I made tons of personal Valentines much like your Christmas cards but funkier. The kids gave them out to all of their friends & family & felt pretty cool about it. Anyway, this was the second time I photographed this family & it gets easier & easier as they get used to me. The older girl was full of smiles for me, much more comfortable with me this time, that is for sure. Look at the baby throwing the heart shaped petals, how adorable!!!! I have Christmas photos for them, but these were taken right at the end & I just love them. Sweetie Pies!!! This is a great time to change my music & start thinking about love, chocolate, roses & everything that makes you realize how much you love your kids, spouse, friends & family.. Thanks again for making the trip.

I say it all the time, I have the best looking & nicest clients I could ever ask for. I am proud to call this family part of my extended family. For all of my friends checkin' out the hotties, this dad is my cousin. Isn't he adorable. (I can't say he is hot, but I love him like a brother) and his beautiful wife. Now if I had to pick my speciality, it is head shots of girls & women. Look at my niece in this photo, I would almost die for her hair color & lips. I couldn't pick a favorite out of her in the bunch, but I do love the look on her face & the different angle. My nephew is a cutie for sure, in fact when I was working on the photos my SIL said he is super cute. (She is keeping him in mind for her daughter when they grow up) hehe ;) Just joking. At least he has great parents to learn from, so he will be a nice boyfriend for some lucky girl someday. Well here are a few from that night & we had fun & enjoyed pizza together too. It is nice to just sit & talk, we all get busy & forget to take time to hang out & have a drink or two with friends & family. Cheers!!!

4 Cutie Pies...

Here are a few from last week. We have known them for quite awhile through our soccer club. Since they already know the drill from having their soccer photos taken for, they were a pleasure to work with. The baby didn't feel like taking a bunch of photos but the others were having a ball being my little models. Thanks guys for all of your help cleaning up the petals :) I will be posting your other photos soon.
